Clawpilot End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Clawpilot software, applications, services, and infrastructure, including the Clawpilot App and Clawpilot Infra (collectively, "Clawpilot").

By accessing or using Clawpilot, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use Clawpilot.

1. Overview & Product Scope

Clawpilot provides tools intended to make it easier to run and interact with OpenClaw, an independent, open-source AI agent framework.

Clawpilot offers multiple products, including but not limited to:

Clawpilot App - a desktop or client application that provides a user interface, configuration controls, and optional permission mediation for interacting with OpenClaw.

Clawpilot Infra - a hosted cloud infrastructure service that deploys and runs OpenClaw instances on behalf of users.

Each product provides different levels of convenience and interaction, but none alter the fundamental responsibility of the user for how OpenClaw operates.

2. Relationship to OpenClaw

OpenClaw is third-party, open-source software not owned, authored, or controlled by Clawpilot.

Clawpilot does not audit, verify, monitor, or guarantee the behavior, safety, correctness, or outcomes of OpenClaw.

Clawpilot is not an AI agent.
Clawpilot does not make decisions on your behalf.
Clawpilot provides interfaces and infrastructure only.

3. Product-Specific Behavior

Clawpilot App

The Clawpilot App may provide:

• Configuration interfaces
• Permission prompts or toggles
• Tool or integration selection
• Scheduling or automation controls

These features are provided for convenience only and are experimental.

Clawpilot does not guarantee that such controls fully restrict, sandbox, or prevent OpenClaw from accessing systems, services, APIs, or data.

You remain solely responsible for reviewing and approving permissions and for all actions taken by OpenClaw.

Clawpilot Infra

Clawpilot Infra provides hosted environments in which OpenClaw may run.

You acknowledge that:

• OpenClaw operates within environments provisioned on your behalf
• Clawpilot does not supervise, validate, or intervene in OpenClaw's behavior
• Hosting does not imply safety, oversight, correctness, or approval

4. No Guarantee of Access Control or Containment

While Clawpilot may offer mechanisms intended to influence or limit OpenClaw's access to tools, systems, or integrations:

• Such mechanisms are best-effort only
• They may fail, be bypassed, misconfigured, or behave unexpectedly
• They do not constitute a security guarantee

Clawpilot does not undertake any duty to restrict, secure, sandbox, or contain OpenClaw.

5. Beta & Experimental Software Disclaimer

Clawpilot is provided as beta and experimental software.

You acknowledge that:

• Features may change, break, or be removed at any time
• Data, configurations, or instances may be lost
• Availability, uptime, and performance are not guaranteed
• Bugs, errors, and security vulnerabilities may exist

You use Clawpilot entirely at your own risk.

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Installing, configuring, and operating OpenClaw
• Selecting and granting permissions or integrations
• Supplying and safeguarding API keys, credentials, and secrets
• Monitoring automation and scheduled actions
• Compliance with all applicable laws and third-party terms

Clawpilot does not review or validate your configurations or actions.

7. No Warranty

Clawpilot is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clawpilot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability
• Security or availability
• Non-infringement

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Clawpilot, its founders, operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of Clawpilot or OpenClaw, including but not limited to:

• Data loss or corruption
• System damage
• Financial or business loss
• Unauthorized access
• AI-generated actions or outputs
• Automation or scheduling failures
• Misuse of permissions or integrations

This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility.

Your sole remedy is to stop using Clawpilot.

9. No Professional Advice

Clawpilot does not provide legal, financial, medical, security, or professional advice.

Any outputs generated through OpenClaw are informational only and must not be relied upon as professional guidance.

10. Assumption of Risk

You expressly assume all risks associated with:

• Use of OpenClaw
• Use of Clawpilot App
• Use of Clawpilot Infra
• Automation, integrations, and permissions
• AI-driven or non-deterministic behavior

This assumption applies regardless of whether Clawpilot provided configuration tools or infrastructure.

11. Termination

Clawpilot may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice.

You may stop using Clawpilot at any time.

All disclaimers and limitations of liability survive termination.

12. Changes to This Agreement

Clawpilot may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
